Tom is an experienced project and development management professional having successfully delivered projects in both Victoria and New South Wales, across a diverse range of asset classes and at all stages of the development life cycle.

During Tom’s 14 years of experience he has worked for tier one head contractors, project management consultancies and private clients primarily in the development of large-scale residential and commercial projects and also more bespoke developments including a thoroughbred horse stud complex.

Tom is diligent by nature and enjoys the pursuit of achieving his clients’ objectives and optimising project outcomes. He is a firm believer that a project’s success relies on the clarity of the brief and the roles and responsibilities of those participating in the project – and his strength lies in establishing, negotiating and effectively communicating the project requirements for all to follow.    

Tom holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honors II) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Sydney.

Tom grew up in Canberra and has lived and worked in both Sydney and Melbourne. He was a certified snowboard instructor for Aspen Ski Co before starting his career in property. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his two young boys.
