Scope: Led the design and construction of a new restaurant fitout (650 m²) including high-quality front-of-house finishes, furniture, artwork and theatrical lighting, along with a new kitchen and bar. The venue was awarded Restaurant of the Year at the 2019 Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards.
