Role: Project Management & Superintendency

Scope: Delivered the design and construction of a thoroughbred horse stud facility including equine buildings, staff and client amenities, roads, landscaping and civil works. Concurrently procured a concept masterplan and private design competition with ARM, Hassell, Fender Katsalidis and Cox for expanded stallion operations, guest accommodation, offices and site-wide infrastructure ($60m).
