Scope: Prepared a State Significant Development Application for 175,000 m² GFA comprising 1,900 apartments and 13,600 m² commercial space above the new Sydney Metro station. Coordinated the consultant team to resolve key constraints including the rail corridor, stormwater, utilities, heritage and subdivision requirements to optimise yield.
