Role: Project Management (Role at Aver prior to Torbel)

Scope: Procured the consultant team, completed site due diligence and progressed concept design for the heritage-listed Fairwater estate (11,210 m²), the largest privately owned beachfront holding on Sydney Harbour, including servicing investigations (sewer, stormwater and substation requirements) and review of existing constraints. Supported the Heritage NSW Section 60 strategy, finalised a private design competition, and developed an adjoining owners strategy.
